OCPOL Chairman Hails LINA Nationwide Coverage

By Robert Dixon

MONROVIA, April 7 (LINA) -The National Chairman of the Original Congress Party of Liberia (OCTOPOL), Mr. Victor Saylee, has commended the Liberia News Agency (LINA) for its wide coverage of developments in the country.

He observed that the reactivation of LINA has brought dynamism in coverage of rural areas, noting that its coverage of rural Liberia is positively impacting the country’s image both locally and internationally.

Chairman Saylee made the commendation during the weekend at the party’s national headquarters in the Township of Gardnerville when he spoke to a LINA correspondent on his impression about the reactivated Agency.

He hoped the necessary support would be given the Agency to expand the scope and nature of its work, adding that the supply of photos as part of its service would improve the agency’s output.

OCPOL is one of the registered political parties in Liberia.
