88 Cases Inundate Court ‘A’ May Term

MONROVIA, May 14 (LINA) –The Criminal Court “A” at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia has 88 cases on its docket for the May 2017 Term of Court, an official of the court has disclosed.

Clerk of Court Gabriel Smith said in a report that out of the 88 cases 49 are aggravated assault, 16 murder and 12 criminal mischief.

According to Smith, there are also four manslaughter cases and three criminal attempt to commit murder cases on the docket.

Smith said other cases amounting to one each include reckless driving resulting to death, negligent homicide, criminal trespassing and kidnapping.
