By Philip T. Singbah, LINA Bong County Correspondent

GBARNGA, November 9 (LINA) - Deputy National Port Authority Managing Director Yekeh Forkpah has presented US$6,000 to the Phebe Community Lutheran High School in Suakoko District, Bong County.

Presenting the money to the school administration over the weekend, Forkpa said the gesture was intended to assist the school change the zinc on the roof of its building.

The deputy NPA boss said he attended the school, but left when he was in the eighth grade.

According to him, he feels sad to see the school’s roof in a very dilapidated condition after many years.

Forkpah said he feels obligated to an institution like the Phebe Community Lutheran High School that laid his educational foundation.
