TUBMANBURG, October 19 (LINA) -Bomi County Superintendent Samuel Brown has commended the Unity Party-led government and members of the County Legislative Caucus for efforts to implement numerous development projects in the county.
In an interview with the Liberia News Agency (LINA) in Tubmanburg, Brown named some of the projects as the Presidential Palace, Chief Compounds and Civil Service Agency Regional Building in the county.
He also cited construction of a modern school in Beajah Town, Senjeh District, County Guest House, Commissioner Administrative Compound in Tehr District, Bomi County Community College, and the Sackie Town Bridge, among others, as important projects that have been completed by government.
According to Brown, the projects were implemented with funding from the County Development Fund and the Social Development Fund.
Meanwhile, Superintendent Brown has extended thanks and appreciation to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf for her commitment and support to the county's development agenda.
He has also extended thanks to District Commissioners as well as Chiefs, Elders and the citizenry for their support to his administration.
Brown urged the people of Bomi to focus on developing the county, rather than engaging in politics that has the propensity to divide the county.
