Coco-Cola Concerned About Drop In Sales In Nimba
By S. Kannay Ziamo, LINA Nimba County Correspondent

GANTA, September 10 (LINA) - The Management of Coco-Cola Bottling Company, an auxiliary of the United States Trading Company (USTC), has expressed concern about the drop in the sales of its commodities in Nimba county.

Expressing the concern on Thursday in Ganta following a two-day intensive survey around the city, the company's Up-Country Sales Supervisor, Joseph Massaquoi, said the company has observed that the sale of its products in the county has drastically reduced, even though he did not say to what extent.

He said Nimba County over the years was one of the major purchasers of Coca Cola products, adding, “This recent assessment result is worrisome to the company.”

The Coco-Cola Upcountry Sales Supervisor identified over pricing of its commodities by the company's dealer in the county, lack of awareness on the company's products and services, as some of the factors responsible for the downward trend of their sale in the county, promising that the company would do everything possible to address the situation.
