By Derrick G, Menkarzon

MONROVVIA, September 1 (LINA) - Deputy Information Minister Isaac Jackson has said the late Prime FM General Manager Mamadee Diakite will forever be remembered in the media landscape of Liberia.

He described the fallen talk show host as “a man who brought lot of dynamism to the media landscape of this country, and a patriot who was conscious to know what was happening in government.”

Jackson made the statement Thursday at the Ministry of Information regular
press briefing in Monrovia.

He noted that Diakite’s death has brought sorrow to many people in the country because “he stood for what he believed while he was performing his duties.”

Meanwhile, Jackson has called on journalists and friends of Diakite to attend the memorial service of the fallen media hero at the Monrovia City Hall on Saturday, September 3.

Diakite died Tuesday, August 30, and was buried the following day at a Muslim cemetery in Monrovia.
