New Appointments In Gov’t 

MONROVIA, August 9 (LINA) - President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has made new appointments in government affecting the Ministries of Finance and Development Planning, Foreign Affairs, and the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation.

According to an Executive Mansion release, those appointed at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning are Mr. Alvin Attah, Deputy Minister for Economic Management;  and Mr. Anthony G. Myers, Assistant Minister for Regional Sectoral Planning & Coordination.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Sheriff was named Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Court of St. James, London.

The release said two persons were named to the Board of Directors of the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation.

They are Messrs. Luseni Donzo and T. Catfish Brownell as members of the LWSC Board.

These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Liberian Senate were applicable.
