By David Pamas Seedee, LINA Bomi County Correspondent

TUBMANBURG, August 5 (LINA) – A 74-year-old man identified as Tony Sherman has gone missing for over a week now in Jomo Town, Senjeh District in Bomi County.

According to information gathered from citizens of the town by the Liberia News Agency, Oldman Sherman went missing since July 29 and has not been found.

They said when Oldman Sherman went missing, authorities of the town ordered the young men to launch a massive search for him but to no avail up to press time.

Oldman Sherman is the father of Alphonso Sherman, Chairman of the Friends of Montserrado County District #6 Representative Edwin Snowe, who was recently petitioned by some citizens of Electoral District #1 in Senjeh District, Bomi County.

The petitioners want Snowe to contest the Representative seat of Senjeh District in the 2017 presidential and legislative elections.
