BCCC Prexy Re-instates Dismissed Instructors
By David Pamas Seedee, LINA Bomi County Correspondent

TUBMANBURG, July 20 (LINA) - The President of the Bomi County Community College (BCCC), Dr. Zobong E. Norman, has reinstated the four instructors he dismissed from the college two months ago.

Dr. Norman reinstated Dr. Charles Sumo, Vice President for Administration; Mr. Amos Foley, Dean of Academic Affairs; as well as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Dean of Records following the intervention of the Board of Directors of BCCC headed by Mr. Varney Gbengben.

According to the communication, Board Chairman Gbengben appealed to Dr. Norman to reinstate the instructors so that an atmosphere of peace and unity can exist at the college to enable the students continue their studies.

Chairman Gbengben said the Board will look into the issues between the BCCC President and the re-instated staff while the college continues to operate.

It can be recalled that Dr. Norman accused the Dean of Academic Affairs and Chairman of the College Entrance Exams Committee, Amos Foley, and the Committee Members of misapplying over L$100,000 generated from students who took the entrance exams to the college.

However, Mr. Foley denied the allegation.
