Rep. Fallah Promises More Service To Liberian Youth

MONROVIA, June 7 (LINA) - Montserrado County Representative Thomas Fallah says as part of efforts to build the capacity of young Liberians, he will continue to expand the Thomas Fallah Institute of Academic and Vocational Education (T-Five).

The institute was built by Representative Fallah to address the vocational and academic needs of young people within Montserrado County.

It also includes a Radio Station and an academic program that covers morning and night sessions.

In remarks at the graduation of 62 students, including 46 females, Representative Fallah lauded the students for their faith and commitment to seek further education and acquire skills for the development of their country.

According to a Press Union of Liberia press release, the students received diplomas in Nursing, Journalism, Computer Science and Airline Ticketing and Marketing after a year of intensive studies.

The Guest Speaker at the graduation, Mr. Desire Satia, Director of Finance at the Liberia Maritime Authority, admonished the students to seek higher education and pledged a number of scholarships to facilitate their education..

Mr. Satia also lauded Rep Fallah for his vision in providing educational opportunities for the youth, and hoped the graduates would make the needed impact in the society.
