By S. Kannay Ziamo, LINA Ganta, Nimba County Correspondent

GANTA, May 31 (LINA) - The Women Department of the United Liberia Inland Church (ULIC) in Ganta City has embarked on the construction of a Guest House and Women Center for the church.

Making the disclosure to reporters recently, the head of the Project Committee, Mrs. Dorwoan Tuah, said the women center will be used to provide livelihood skills training for women, while the guest house will serve as accommodation for guests of the church.

Mrs. Tuah put the cost of the two structures at $US150, 000.

She said the project is an initiative solely of women of the church, stressing, "There is no external support for this project."

Madam Tuah told reporters that the women are trusting in God for the successful implementation of the project.

She expressed optimism that if all goes as planned, the project will be completed early next year.
