By David Seedee Pamas, LINA Bomi County Correspondent

TUBMANBURG, February 11 (LINA) – The 11th Judicial Circuit Court in Tubmanburg, Bomi County has a total of 21 cases on its docket for trial during its February, 2016 Term of Court.

This was disclosed by the Circuit Court Judge Koiboi Nuta in an address to judges, lawyers and magistrates during the opening of the court’s February Term recently.

According to Judge Nuta, there are 11 criminal and 10 civil cases on the docket, noting, “The court will remain firm on its statutory mandate to adjudicate justice without fear or favor.”

Judge Nuta then called on those in the legal arena and citizens to treat one another with dignity and respect.

The judge observed that while the U.N. Mission in Liberia is gradually drawing down, it will be expedient for citizens to remain resolute for the development and
promotion of peace and security.

The ceremony was attended by the County Legislative Caucus, County Administration and the Bar Association of Bomi County, among others.
