Barrobo Residents Embark On Four Development Projects

HARPER, September 23 (LINA)- Residents of Barrobo Statutory District in Maryland County have embarked upon four development projects in the district.
Barrobo Statutory District Superintendent George Geffie, who made the disclosure in an interview with the Liberia News Agency (LINA) recently named the projects as the construction of an administration building in Glofaken estimated at 40,000 United States dollars, a town hall in Jcuken estimated at 40,000 United States dollars, a commissioner’s compound in Dugboken estimated at 28,000 U.S dollars and a clinic in Nyonken.
He put the total cost of the four projects at 148,000 United States dollars. Superintendent Geffie disclosed that the four projects which are being funded by the District Development Fund are expected to be completed in a month’s time.
He commended the government through the Maryland County Superintendent Betsy Toe for the level of progress being made in the district.
