CHO Urges IOM Rehabilitate 10 Health Posts In Bomi

By David Pamas Seedee, LINA Bomi County Correspondent

TUBMANBURG, September 24 (LINA) - County Health Officer(CHO) for Bomi, Dr. Gabriel Logan has urged the International Organization on
Migration (IOM) to rehabilitate 10 health centers in keeping with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) it signed with the County Health
Team (CHT).

Dr. Logan said about four months ago, the IOM promised to rehabilitate the health centers that got damaged during the Ebola crisis in the
county.

Making the call in an interview with the Liberia News Agency (LINA) in Tubmanburg recently, he said the rehabilitation exercise should have
started 40 days after the signing of the MOU in May 2015, but that IOM is yet to start the project.

Dr. Logan named the Beafini Health Center in Senjeh District, Beh Town Health Center in Dewein District, Gonzip Health Center in Klay
District and Weawolo Health Center in Suehn Mecca District, among others, as health centers that have been earmarked to be rehabilitated
by IOM.
