U.S. Christian Groups Donate To Nyonblee Care

BUCHANAN, September 4 (LINA) – Christian groups in the United States have donated a 40-foot container of assorted medical equipment and other items to the Nyonblee Care Foundation in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County.

The items, according to the Executive Director of the Foundation, Abba Karnga, were made available by Christian organizations based in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Virginia.

Karnga told the Liberia News Agency (LINA) Thursday in Buchanan that the container arrived at the Port of Buchanan over the weekend.

The items, which include beds, wheel chairs, crutches and drugs, among others, will be distributed among institutions that are not being supported by the government and non-governmental organizations.

According to Karnga, the Foundation will also distribute school materials to schools operating in Buchanan and its surroundings, especially those that did not benefit from the County Council Sitting resolutions.

Karnga told LINA that the institution will also identify with citizens from all of the districts in the county by distributing clothing and other items to them.
