Montserrado Lawmaker Warns Youths Against Violence
By Calvin Brooks, LINA

MONROVIA, August 31 (LINA) - Montserrado County Representative Thomas Fallah is urging Liberian youths to desist from violence which has the propensity to undermine the gains made over the years in Liberia’s peace, security and national growth.

The lawmaker made the call at the weekend during the launch of a scholarship fund drive by the Montserrado County Youth Council for District Number Five held in Paynesville, outside Monrovia.

He cautioned that divergence of views on national issues among Liberians should not lead to violence that could hamper the country’s rebuilding process.

He stressed that Liberian youths should desist from violence in any form and continue to ensure that peace and security are maintained in the nation.
