He said in 2014 the county leadership, legislative caucus and the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Public Works awarded a contract to Urban Builders Incorporated (UBI) to construct a bridge connecting Kru Town and Central Ward in Robertsport .

He said the government paid the company an advance of US$92,341out of the full amount of US$147,746.20 earmarked for the project in January 2014 to commence the project.

The PMC chairman said since the payment of the amount, the company is yet to start the projects for reasons yet to be explained to the county administration.

He said the county leadership also awarded another contract to ZAF Construction and Maintenance Services to expand the Damballa Health Center with an initial payment of US$75,600 out of the cost of US$189,000, but the company is yet to start the project.
