IOM To Rehabilitate 10 Health Facilities In Bomi

TUBMANBURG, July 22 (LINA) – Bomi County Health Officer, Dr. Gabriel Gorbee Logan, has disclosed that the International Organization on Migration (IOM) has agreed to rehabilitate 10 healthcare facilitates across the county.
Dr. Logan named the facilities as the Yormu Health Center, Beh Town Health Center, Sackie Town Health Center, Jenneh # 3 District Health Center and the Beafini Health facility.
Others are the Weawolo Health Center, Gonjeh Health Center, Maloma Health Center and the Gonzip and Seth-Seth Town Health Centers.
Making the disclosure to the Liberia News Agency in Tubmanburg recently, Dr. Logan said IOM will do semi-permanent structures and some major renovation of the facilities to enhance effective healthcare delivery.
He told LINA that the rehabilitation will be done within a period of three months, noting that the pronouncement has been embraced by health workers across the county.
Meanwhile, Dr. Logan has extended thanks and appreciation to Montserrado County Representative Saah Joseph for his recent donation of drugs and medical equipment to the Government Hospital in Tubmanburg.
Dr. Logan observed that Representative Joseph has always aided the hospital and people of Bomi since the outbreak of the Ebola virus.
