TUBMANBURG, July 9 (LINA) – Project Concern International (PCI), an international non-governmental organization based in the United States of America, has begun distribution of cash to Ebola victims in Bomi County.

Making the disclosure to the Liberia News Agency (LINA) in Tubmanburg Wednesday, PCI Bomi County Manager Roosevelt Crawfred said the first phase of the distribution started in Gbalasuah, Tubmanburg, Senjeh District and will continue in other areas across the county.

Crawfred told LINA that the donation, which is intended to help Ebola victims in the county, is sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by PCI.

According to him, the project is also intended to assist other people such as pregnant women, baby mothers, children under 2 years and people with huge families through the Cash Transfer program.
