Flomo Assures Quality Education At Bong Technical College

By Solomon N Giddings, LINA Bong County Correspondent

GBARNGA, June 29 (LINA) - The President of the Bong County Technical College (BCTC) says the college remains committed to providing quality education to its students.

Dr. John Flomo said administration will do all it can to ensure that the students acquire quality education to buttress government’s capacity-building and development drive.

He made the statement over the weekend at a party organized by the administration of the college in honor of staff at the close of the first semester.

He told the staff that his administration does not want the college to be a place where people come to work and go home but a place where people will reside and continue to work as one family.

He commended the lecturers and support staff of the institution, including his two vice presidents, the Dean for Students Affairs and Comptroller, for the level of support and work done at the college amidst challenges.

Flomo also assured that under his administration, similar interactions will be held at the end of every semester for the improvement of the College.

Representing the Board of Trustees of the college, Ms. Viola Cooper commended Dr. Flomo and the entire workforce for the level of work done at the College and assured them of the board’s continuous commitment to working with the administration to explore more prospects for the college.
