ROBERTSPORT, April 29(LINA) - Grand Cape Mount County acting Director of the Community Health Department (CHD), Massayan Jallah, says the county has not reported a single Ebola case for 103 days.
According to the Liberia News Agency correspondent in the county, this was contained in a report he submitted during a joint health meeting of Bomi and Cape Mount held in Robertsport on Tuesday.
He said the absence of Ebola for 103 days in the county does not mean the virus has been kicked out and admonished citizens to continue to follow the regulations introduced by the government.
Jallah said besides, there is no patient in Ebola Treatment Unit (ETU) and Case Treatment Unit (CTU) in the county for the 103 days.
He commended the case tracing team for their hard work in reaching out to towns and villages looking for cases.
