Delivering a nationwide address from her Foreign Ministry office Wednesday, President Sirleaf said this is a part of a10-year plan intended to upgrade and strengthen several sectors of government.

She said the plan also includes the training of healthcare professionals and meeting the training needs of personnel in the education sector while identifying deficiencies in them, and asked parents, teachers and school administrators for their collaboration.

“We are continuing youth empowerment so as to respond to the challenges of youth unemployment by creating links between concessions and training,” the President said.
