MOE Dedicates Modern School Complex In Rivercess

CESTOS CITY, March 31 (LINA) -The Ministry of Education has dedicated a modern school complex in Bodowea, Monweh Statutory District, Rivercess County constructed under a World Bank-sponsored education project.
The program was attended by officials of the Ministry, local government authorities, UNMIL officials, traditional leaders, youth and women groups, civil society actors, and students of the district.
Speaking at the ceremony recently, Deputy Education Minister Anthony Nimely said the Government of Liberia was pleased to identify Rivercess as one of the beneficiaries of the World Bank project.
Nimely then admonished citizens of the district to make good use of the facility by sending their children to school.
In remarks, Elder Amos Zangar lauded the Government and World Bank for such initiative in the district, and assured that the facility would be used to mold the minds of students of the district.
Also speaking, Monweh District Education Officer Isaac Innis promised the Government and partners that the facility would be used for the intended purpose.
