Bassa Community College Adds 9 Buildings To Campus

BUCHANAN, Nov. 12 (LINA) - The Administration of the Grand Bassa Community College has disclosed that the construction of a nine-building compound estimated to cost US$ 2.2 million is underway at the college.

The President of the college, Dr. Levi Zangai said when completed, it will address the issue of lack of adequate space at the college.

Dr. Zangai said the construction project, which is nearing completion, is being funded by the Government of Liberia, the people of Grand Bassa County and Arcelor Mittal through its social development fund.

Dr. Zangai made the disclosure at the weekend in Buchanan in an exclusive interview with the Liberia News Agency.

The Grand Bassa Community College President put the current student enrollment at the college at one thousand three hundred and fifteen.
