Banker, Driver Quarantined In Cape Mount
By D. Ignatius Roberts, LINA Grand Cape Mount County Correspondent

ROBERTSPORT, November 25 (LINA) -The Liberia Bank for Development and Investment (LBDI) Grand Cape Mount County branch Manager and his driver have been quarantined for coming in contact with a suspected Ebola patient.

LBDI branch manager Stephen Konneh told the Liberia News Agency (LINA)  correspondent Monday that the County Health Team (CHT) placed them under quarantine on November 18.

He said because of the quarantine, the local branch of the bank in Robertsport has suspended operations.

Meanwhile, Konneh has admonished customers of the bank to exercise restraint while he and his driver observe the 21 days isolation period prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

The Liberia News Agency correspondent observed that due to the temporary closure, some customers who went to the bank on Monday to receive their November 2014 salaries were turned back.
