BUCHANAN, November 8 (LINA) - The UMARCO Shipping Lines has provided US$31,000 to purchase one new JAC Dump Truck and three Hangqvena lawn mowers for use by the Buchanan City Corporation (BCC).

Presenting the keys to City Mayor Julia Bono in Buchanan Friday, City Council Chairman John D. Payegar lauded Bono and her team “for bringing sanity to the city since her ascendency to the position.”

Accepting the keys, Mayor Bono expressed happiness for the gesture from the from UMARCO and the City Council and promised that more work will be done in making sure that Buchanan remains clean at all times.
