No New Ebola Cases Among Health Workers
By Winnie Dixon/LINA

MONROVIA, November 3 (LINA) -Assistant Health Minister for Preventive Services, Tolbert Nyenswah, has disclosed that no new Ebola cases have been reported for one week among health workers across the country.

Nyenswah said this is due to the level of training they have received from the Ministry of Health and international partners.

Making the disclosure at the Ministry of Information, Ebola daily press briefing, Monday, Nyenswah, however, stressed the need for health workers to continue to adhere to preventive measures to avoid new infections.

Commenting on the issue, the Medecins Sans Frontieres Assistant leader at the ELWA Treatment Unit, Andrew Zobon, attributed the reduction of infections to the level of caution being applied by health workers as compared to the onset of the outbreak.
