In an interview with the Liberia News Agency in Tubmanburg on Friday,October 31, Marvoy said the training begins in the first week of November 2014 and will be conducted in seven communities in the four districts of Klay, Suehn Mecca, Dewein and Senjeh.

He said phase one of the project which is being funded by Plan Liberia, will be held from November 2014 to March 2015.
