Sen. Dagoseh Reaches Out To People Under Quarantine
By D.Ignatius Roberts, Grand Cape Mount County Correspondent

ROBERTSPORT, Nov 2 (LINA)-Grand Cape Mount County Senator Edward Dagoseh, has donated 100 bags of rice, 10 cartons of soap and 20 hand washing buckets with faucets to people under quarantine in Jenewonde and Baneja Towns in Tewor District.

According to the Liberia News Agency correspondent in the county, Senator Dagoseh made the separate donations on Friday, October 31, in Baneja and Jenewonde.

Dagoseh said his decision to reach out to people under quarantine is intended to buttress government’s effort in catering to citizens who fall prey to the deadly Ebola disease.

The lawmaker stressed the need for government, the international community and individuals to provide care for those under quarantine so that they will not be forced to leave their quarantine areas and spread the Ebola disease.

He said government and the international community continue to cater for those who are quarantined because to stop doing so could force them out of the center, which could promote the spread of the virus.

The citizens lauded Dagoseh for the donation and called on other individuals to emulate the kind gesture of the senator to encourage those who will be quarantined to respect the laws.

Dagoseh who is junior Senator of Grand Cape Mount County recently donated an ambulance to the county health team.
