By Korboi K. Gbelewala, Lofa County Correspondent

VOINJAMA, Nov 1 (LINA)-The Student Council president of the Lofa County Community College in Voinjama is urging young people to keep abiding by Ebola preventive measures, if they will succeed in kicking Ebola from Lofa.

William Dorbor cautioned students across Lofa County to remain on the safe side by applying all the Ebola preventive measures outlined by the Health Ministry.

Dorbor observed that even though the indefinite closure of schools has some negative impact on the younger generation, but students should understand the present health condition in the country and remain calm until Ebola can be defeated in the county and the country at large.

According to the Liberia News Agency, Mr. Dorbor spoke Thursday when he appeared on the Radio Kintoma program, “Community Development.”

When asked about his role in the fight against Ebola in the County, Dorbor said he has a radio program titled “Facts about Ebola” which is intended to create Ebola awareness in the County.

Meanwhile, the LCCC student council president has praised citizens of Lofa and partners for the progress made so far in the fight against the deadly Ebola virus.

He expressed sympathy for those who lost their lives, especially students and health workers, to the deadly Ebola virus in Lofa and the rest of country at large.
