116 Principals, Teachers Train In Ebola Awareness
By Johnson Liway, LINA Grand Bassa County Correspondent

BUCHANAN, October 21 (LINA) - One hundred and sixteen principals and teachers in Grand Bassa County have undergone a one-day training in the
dissemination of Ebola awareness and prevention messages.

The training was held Monday at the Buchanan Demonstration School under the auspices of the Ministry of Education in collaboration with UNICEF.

The County Education Officer, Edwin S. Kwakpae, told reporters following the workshop that the participants “will undertake a door-to-door” sensitization campaign in all the five electoral districts of the county.

He said sending those teachers and principals out is another way of helping the government in its fight against the spread of the Ebola virus.
