Maryland Closes Border With Grand Kru

By John N. Bropleh, LINA Maryland & Grand Kru Correspondent

HARPER, September 19 (LINA) -Acting Maryland County Superintendent Nathaniel Toe has ordered the immediate closure of the county’s border with Grand Kru.

Announcing his action during a meeting in Harper recently, Superintendent Toe said the safety of Marylanders will not be compromised by the close relationship the county has with Grand Kru.

His action came barely one week after four suspected cases of Ebola were reported in Grand Kru.

Superintendent Toe has meanwhile ordered that no one from Grand Kru, will be allowed to enter the county through Pleebo until a testing center is established in Maryland.
