25 MIA Employees To Be Pensioned In Bomi County

TUBMANBURG, July 24 (LINA) – Bomi County Superintendent Samuel Brown has disclosed that the Ministry of Internal Affairs will shortly begin
pensioning some employees of the ministry in the county who havereached retirement age.

Superintendent Brown said under the scheme, long-serving employees and those who have reached the retirement age of 65 years and above will
be pensioned.

Speaking on the Radio Bomi Talk Show “Morning Talk” Wednesday via mobile phone, Superintendent Brown said most of those to be pensioned
are chiefs.

He said the retirement of some employees of the ministry will create jobs opportunities for the young people in the county.

He said about 25 employees of the ministry will be pensioned in the county.

Superintendent Brown stopped short of saying what their benefits are and how much each retired employee will receive.
He urged those that will be pensioned to cooperate with the MIA.
