By Korboi Gbelewala, LINA Lofa County Correspondent

VOINJAMA, July 23 (LINA) -Youths in Voinjama District have lauded the administration of Lofa County Superintendent George Dunor for its efforts towards the development of the county.

Speaking recently at a mass meeting of youths in Vezala Town, Voinjama District in Lofa County, the youths said Superintendent Dunor and his officials must be commended for their determination to develop the county in the face of financial crisis.

According to the Liberia News Agency, the youths observed that the Government through Superintendent Dunor is determined to promote peace, unity, reconciliation and development in the county.

They named the construction of district halls, pavement of streets in Voinjama city, and the message of peace and reconciliation the Superintendent and his officials continue to preach across Lofa County as some of the laudable gains of the administration.

The spokesman for the youth, James Akoi, reminded the youths that the future of Lofa County lies in their hands, and urged them to do away with street protests and other vices that have the propensity to undermine the peace, unity, reconciliation and development that Lofians are yearning for.

Akoi also observed that if youths in Lofa must succeed in becoming future leaders, they should stop negative criticisms and focus on their academic pursuits and vocational training.

According to LINA, more than 75 youths gathered recently in Vezala town, Voinjama district in Lofa County to discuss the way forward in bringing peace, unity, and reconciliation to the county.
