RRC To Enforce Domestic Animals Restriction
By D. Ignatius Roberts, LINA Cape Mount Correspondent

ROBERTSPORT, April 25 (LINA) - The Robertsport City Corporation (RCC) in Grand Cape Mount County will shortly begin to enforce City Ordinance Number One on domestic animals.

RCC Inspector Wilfred Freeman told the Liberia News Agency Thursday that City Ordinance Number One prohibits animals from roaming the streets and other public places in the city without restriction.

Inspector Freeman cautioned owners of goats, sheep and dogs to immediately remove them from the streets to avoid confrontation with the city corporation authorities.

He said failure to do so will leave the corporation with no alternative but to kill them, noting that these animals are always destroying private property as well as polluting nearby creeks.

He admonished residents of Robertsport to help enforce the ordinance to avoid pollution of the city.
