Health Ministry Conducts 4-Day HR Training

BUCHANAN, April 15 (L INA) - The Ministry of Health and Social Welfare is conducting a training workshop for 18 health human resource officers from the counties and health facilities on Human Resource Information System (IHRIS).

The training, which commenced Monday with health human resource workers from all the 15 counties participating, is being conducted at the Fair Ground in Buchanan.

Also participating in the training are human resource workers from the Jackson F. Doe Memorial Hospital in Nimba County, James Davis Jr. Hospital on Somalia Drive in Monrovia and the Redemption Hospital in New Kru Town, Monrovia.

The workshop is centered around training HRs on User Management, System Configuration, Database Management, Employee Management, Custom Reporting, In-service Training Management, Position Management and Applicant Management.

Other topics include Physical Security, Logical Security, Backup and Disaster Recovery Plan and User Support Procedures.
